Registration & Ticketing
If you registered and received an RSVP confirmation, you are guaranteed a seat at the stadium. Actual entry passes will be delivered electronically, with login information from Nassau Coliseum/Ticketmaster to download electronic tickets on September 18th or 19th. A help desk will be available at the stadium if you have any trouble.
Passes will be sent by Nassau Coliseum / Ticketmaster by electronic mail. You will need to login to their system to download passes and save them on your phone. If there is only one email address for family registrations, multiple passes will be available for each verified and confirmed attendee.
Security permitting, we do our best to sit members of Welcome Partner organizations in the same sections and/or rows.
Organizations do not have preferred seating - decisions will be made by optimal seating algorithms, and duplicate entries are automatically deleted. Please make sure you register with only one organization to ensure seats are made available to all who want to attend.
Children under 5 are not recommended to attend, as you will be inside the stadium for 4-5 hours.
Yes, if you checked the box that says that you require wheelchair-accessible seating during registration, accessible seating will be provided. Nassau Coliseum has ramps to enter the stadium and there are elevators to access all floors that have seating.
It is required for security purposes to ensure no one besides yourself attempts to use your pass.
You can email [email protected] – please provide your confirmation number when doing so.

Out of Town Attendees
